1. Data Controller
The data controller for this Site is Anomaly (community developer). The Site is hosted on GitHub Pages, a service provided by GitHub, Inc. The Site is entirely a static HTML site — it contains no server-side application code, no user database, and no backend services. For questions about data practices, contact us via GitHub Issues.
2. Information We Collect
This Site uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-21RZK3GKKZ), provided by Google LLC, to understand pseudonymous or aggregated usage such as page views, referral sources, general geographic region, device type, and browser type. Google Analytics may process an IP address to derive approximate location; IP handling follows Google Analytics' current processing and privacy controls. We do not intentionally collect names, email addresses, account credentials, or other directly identifying information. The Site has no user registration, no forms, and no server-side application data storage. All gem, PvP, event, and login reward calculations are performed entirely locally in your browser. Your PvP league and rank selections, chart filter preferences, and theme settings are stored only in your browser's localStorage (using keys like gem_modes, gem_chartFilter, pvp1_league, etc.) and are never transmitted to us or any third party. The Site currently includes disabled ad slots with a static site-message fallback — no advertising runtime is loaded.
3. Third-Party Processors
Google LLC (Google Analytics). Google Analytics 4 is used to measure pseudonymous site usage. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy. GitHub, Inc. hosts the Site via GitHub Pages, serving static HTML from a global content delivery network. GitHub's privacy policy is available at docs.github.com/en/site-policy/privacy-policies. GitHub Issues — any contact or correspondence submitted via GitHub Issues is publicly visible by design. Do not include sensitive personal information in GitHub Issues. YouTube — the creator directory loads video thumbnails from YouTube and links to YouTube watch pages. Selecting a video may open a YouTube privacy-enhanced embed player. YouTube's privacy policy applies to those connections; no YouTube viewing data is collected by this Site. Spotify — the music page may embed Spotify playlists for preview listening. Spotify's privacy policy applies to embedded player connections.
4. Cookies
Google Analytics 4 uses persistent analytics cookies, including _ga and _ga_* cookies, to distinguish visitors, maintain analytics state, and measure site usage across visits. These are not session-only cookies; their retention is controlled by Google's Analytics configuration and policies. These cookies are set by Google Analytics when the tag runs. GitHub Pages may also set strictly necessary technical cookies required for content delivery network functionality, as described in GitHub's privacy policy. The Site itself does not set any cookies.
5. Children's Privacy
This Site is not intended for children under 13 years of age (or under 16 in the European Union). We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate action.
6. Your Rights
GDPR (European Economic Area): You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your personal data. Google Analytics processes pseudonymous usage data (such as page views, approximate region, device type, and browser type) on our behalf. To exercise your rights — including access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability — contact us via GitHub Issues. CCPA (California): You have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information. Analytics may include online identifiers and internet activity (such as IP address, browser type, and page views). This Site does not sell your personal information. To exercise your CCPA rights — including the right to know, delete, and opt out — contact us via GitHub Issues. Do Not Track: The current Google Analytics tag on this Site does not use browser Do Not Track (DNT) signals to disable analytics collection. Contact: For questions or to exercise your rights, contact us via GitHub Issues. Clearing cookies: You can clear analytics cookies at any time through your browser settings. Opt-out add-on: You may opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Disabling JavaScript: You may also disable JavaScript in your browser to prevent Google Analytics from running. Note that disabling JavaScript also disables the Site's interactive features, including the gem rewards calculator.
7. Data Retention
Google Analytics retention is controlled by Google's Analytics configuration and policies; this Site does not independently store analytics data. localStorage data (PvP league/rank selections using keys like pvp1_league, chart filter preferences, theme preference, music banner state, and visit counter) is stored entirely in your browser and can be cleared at any time via your browser settings. No data is stored on any server — the Site has no backend, no database, and no server-side processing.
8. International Transfers
Google Analytics data may be processed by Google in the United States and other countries where Google operates, in accordance with Google's privacy policy. GitHub Pages serves content from a global content delivery network (CDN). As a visitor, your data (IP address, browser type, page requested) may be processed in any country where GitHub or its CDN providers operate, in accordance with GitHub's privacy policy.
9. Future Changes to Data Practices
This Site currently uses Google Analytics to collect pseudonymous, aggregated usage data as described in this policy. We do not intentionally send personally identifiable information to Google Analytics. If material changes are made to data collection practices, this Privacy Policy will be updated proactively, and the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the change.
10. Policy Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

12. YouTube Creator Directory
The YouTube creator directory loads video thumbnails from YouTube's image host as creator cards appear on the page. Selecting a video opens playback from YouTube's privacy-enhanced embed player and keeps a direct YouTube watch link available. These connections are made to YouTube and are subject to YouTube's own privacy practices. No YouTube viewing data, cookies, or identifiers are stored by this Site. Creator activity and video availability can change without notice.
