By accessing or using the Gem Rewards Calculator (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Site.
2. Description of Service
The Site is a free, static web tool that provides weekly gem income estimates for the mobile game Invincible: Guarding the Globe, developed by Ubisoft Barcelona. It estimates gem income based on user-selected PvP league and rank, promo code values, event rewards, and login streak data. All values are community-estimated and may not reflect actual in-game earnings — game patches, balance changes, and event rotations can affect real payouts. The Site does not connect to the game's servers and cannot access your account.
3. No Affiliation
This is a fan community project created and maintained independently. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Ubisoft Entertainment, Ubisoft Barcelona, Skybound Entertainment, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. All game intellectual property, including character names, images, trademarks, and copyrights, belongs to their respective owners. Game data referenced on this Site (including payout tables, hero stats, and event information) is sourced from community research and the official Ubisoft help center.
4. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not include: copying or redistributing the tool's data or code, scraping the Site for data extraction, or using the Site for commercial advantage. The Site's source code is available under the MIT License at our GitHub repository. Third-party assets including Chart.js (self-hosted in vendor/), Tailwind CSS (built locally), and self-hosted Rajdhani/Orbitron font files are used under their respective open-source licenses.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to: misrepresent this Site as an official Ubisoft or Skybound resource; use the Site for commercial purposes; attempt to disrupt, damage, or impair the Site's functionality; or use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or extract data without prior written permission. The Site contains no server-side logic to attack, no user accounts to compromise, and no forms to exploit — it is a static HTML site hosted on GitHub Pages.
6. Intellectual Property
Game content, including but not limited to character names, images, and game data, is the property of Ubisoft Entertainment and Skybound Entertainment. The Site's custom HTML, CSS, JavaScript, design, and original guide content are licensed under the MIT License. Third-party assets (including self-hosted Chart.js, Tailwind CSS build output, and self-hosted font files) are used under their respective open-source licenses. YouTube video thumbnails and creator data used in the directory are linked from YouTube with attribution and are subject to YouTube's terms.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Gem values, PvP payout tables, event reward structures, and other game data may change with game patches, balance updates, or server-side adjustments. We make no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information presented. All numerical estimates (including the ~4,043 weekly gem claim) are based on community-verified payout tables and may not reflect current in-game values after a patch. Use of the Site is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Site operators be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this Site, including but not limited to in-game decisions made based on calculated estimates. This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory.
9. Dispute Resolution
Before filing any claim, you agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting us via GitHub Issues. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Monetization & Refunds
The Site is entirely free to use. There are no paid features, subscriptions, in-app purchases, or transactions of any kind. Advertising slots exist in the HTML markup but are currently disabled — no ad-serving runtime is loaded and no advertising revenue is generated. As no payment is collected, a refund policy is not applicable.
11. DMCA / Copyright
If you believe content on this Site infringes your copyright — including game assets, creator video thumbnails, or original guide text — please submit a takedown request via GitHub Issues. We will address valid complaints promptly and remove infringing content within a reasonable timeframe.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
